It’s interesting. I read in Japan that when a patient is sad, doctors recommend a nature bath or forest bath. Telling people to go walk in the woods to help their mood.
I have found that as I get older, I need serenity experiences. We live in NYC and the constant noise has become an assault on my senses. I am ready to head back to the suburbs with sidewalks.
Nice reminder to open the door for joy everyday. We take a scenery break drive to enjoy the greenery and mountain views, it is good for the soul.
