My suggestion for your sons is to assist them in starting a business. Exactly what our people always have done. Construction, plumbing, electrician, adult daycare, home health care, recycling of many types of materials,, etc. Millions of Baby boomers are now retiring with businesses for sale too. Thanks. We have been talking about getting them some vocational training since it really seems like that is the way to go. But not really sure how to do that. Will need to explore it some more.
