I did exercise for my osteoporosis and then I fell and broke my wrist anyway (hence my post of today). Bummer!

I’m sorry you broke your wrist. I’ve broken my ankle and it’s not fun. I hope you heal really quickly! Feel better. PS get one of those readings for osteoporosis. Make sure this was a fluke not the beginning of having problems. Do you take calcium?
